About Gail Mettes, CPCC

Before establishing Fast Forward Coaching, Gail Mettes was a highly successful sales executive at AT&T where she received numerous awards and honors for sales excellence. She managed an $11.5 million sales base, and also managed, developed and motivated strong sales teams producing winning results. Her 20+ year career in business makes her an expert in the field with extensive real-world experience.

While working in the corporate world, Gail became interested in the field of coaching, and decided it was the perfect next step in her career. Gail loves coaching because it allows her to combine her business acumen with her desire to assist others in achieving more fulfillment in work and meeting their goals.

Gail's business coaching training includes completion of the Advanced Coaching Curriculum from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the premier coaching training institution in the U.S. In addition, Gail has successfully completed certification through CTI and has received the designation Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation.
